Day 01 : Arrival in Sri Lanka - Negombo
Upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative and introduced to your private English-speaking chauffeur-guide. From here, enjoy a comfortable transfer to the charming coastal town of Negombo.
Please note that the standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM.
Nestled along Sri Lanka’s western coastline, Negombo is a delightful seaside destination where colonial history meets traditional island life. Famous for its palm-fringed beaches, picturesque lagoon, and bustling fishing community, the town offers visitors a wonderful introduction to Sri Lanka’s vibrant culture. Stroll along the beach, admire the colourful fishing boats returning with the day’s catch, or simply relax while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and spectacular sunset over the Indian Ocean.
After check-in, enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, relaxing and soaking in the serene surroundings.

Day 02 : Habarana – Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa – Habarana
After breakfast, depart for the magnificent Sigiriya Rock Fortress, one of Asia’s most remarkable archaeological sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Rising dramatically above the surrounding jungle, Sigiriya is an extraordinary masterpiece of ancient engineering and landscape design. Once the royal palace of King Kashyapa, the fortress features exquisite frescoes, beautifully landscaped water gardens, the famous Mirror Wall, and the iconic Lion’s Gate. Climbing to the summit rewards visitors with spectacular panoramic views across Sri Lanka’s lush countryside.
Later, continue to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, the medieval capital of Sri Lanka.
This remarkably preserved UNESCO World Heritage Site showcases impressive palaces, sacred temples, colossal Buddha statues, and sophisticated irrigation systems that reflect the brilliance of Sri Lanka’s Golden Age. Walking through these magnificent ruins offers a fascinating glimpse into one of South Asia’s greatest ancient civilizations.
Return to Habarana in the evening.

Day 03 : Habarana – Dambulla – Kandy
This morning, drive towards Kandy, visiting the celebrated Dambulla Cave Temple en route.
Dating back over 2,000 years, the Dambulla Cave Temple is Sri Lanka’s largest and best-preserved cave temple complex. Hidden within five natural caves are magnificent Buddha statues, vibrant murals, and beautifully preserved religious artwork that have inspired pilgrims for centuries.
Continue your journey through the fragrant spice-growing region of Matale, where you’ll visit a traditional spice garden to discover Sri Lanka’s world-famous cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, cloves, and nutmeg.
Arrive in the enchanting hill capital of Kandy, beautifully nestled among misty mountains and centered around a tranquil lake.
The cultural heart of Sri Lanka, Kandy was the island’s final royal capital and remains its spiritual soul. Elegant colonial architecture, bustling local markets, scenic lakeside promenades, and sacred Buddhist traditions create a charming blend of history and modern life.
In the evening, enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan cultural performance featuring traditional drumming and Kandyan dance before visiting the revered Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, home to Buddhism’s most sacred relic in Sri Lanka.

Day 04 : Kandy
Following breakfast, enjoy a leisurely exploration of Kandy.
Discover the city’s lively local market, stroll beside picturesque Kandy Lake, and visit the historic British Garrison Cemetery, reflecting the city’s colonial past. Continue to the Ceylon Tea Museum, where you’ll learn how Sri Lanka became one of the world’s finest tea-producing nations.
Later, visit the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, dedicated to rescuing and caring for orphaned and injured elephants. Witness these gentle giants during their daily bathing ritual in the nearby river.
Conclude your day with a peaceful walk through the magnificent Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya, home to thousands of tropical plants, giant bamboo groves, towering royal palms, orchids, and rare tree species from around the world.

Day 05 : Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, transfer to Peradeniya Railway Station to board one of the world’s most scenic train journeys.
Travel through Sri Lanka’s spectacular hill country, where emerald tea plantations, mist-covered mountains, cascading waterfalls, charming villages, and dramatic valleys unfold outside your window. This unforgettable railway journey is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful train rides anywhere in the world.
Upon arrival at Nanu Oya Station, continue by road to Nuwara Eliya.
Often referred to as “Little England,” Nuwara Eliya charms visitors with its cool mountain climate, colonial-era architecture, beautifully manicured gardens, horse racing traditions, and endless tea estates. The town offers a delightful contrast to Sri Lanka’s tropical coastline, evoking the atmosphere of an English countryside retreat.

Day 06 : Nuwara Eliya
Depart early this morning for Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located on Sri Lanka’s highest plateau.
Blanketed in rolling grasslands, cloud forests, crystal-clear streams, and dramatic escarpments, Horton Plains is one of the country’s most breathtaking natural landscapes. During your scenic hike, you’ll encounter the beautiful Baker’s Falls and the famous World’s End, where sheer cliffs plunge nearly 1,000 meters, revealing spectacular views across the southern plains on clear mornings.
The park is also home to an impressive variety of wildlife, including sambar deer, endemic birds, giant squirrels, and colorful butterflies.
Return to your hotel around lunchtime and enjoy a relaxing afternoon at leisure.

Day 07 : Nuwara Eliya – Colombo
After breakfast, drive to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s vibrant commercial capital.
A cosmopolitan city where colonial heritage meets contemporary luxury, Colombo effortlessly blends historic architecture, stylish boutiques, fine dining, art galleries, leafy boulevards, and modern skyscrapers. Influenced by Portuguese, Dutch, and British colonial rule, the city today offers visitors a fascinating mix of cultures, cuisines, and experiences.

Day 08: Colombo – Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Colombo, exploring its fascinating blend of heritage and modern attractions. Discover elegant colonial landmarks, vibrant local neighborhoods, bustling markets, fashionable shopping districts, and the scenic Galle Face Green overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Following the tour, you will be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport for your onward flight, taking with you unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka’s remarkable culture, breathtaking landscapes, warm hospitality, and timeless charm.
Day 01 : Arrival in Colombo – Habarana

Even though you’ll be landing late at night, we will be waiting for you right outside the arrivals terminal with a warm smile and a private car ready to go. You won’t have to lift a finger—we will take care of your bags and drive you straight to your hotel so you can unwind.
While we handle all your check-in details and get your room keys ready, we’ll take a few relaxed moments to hand over your travel documents, walk you through the exciting days ahead, and answer any questions you might have.

Day 02 : Habarana – Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa – Habarana
After breakfast, embark on a city tour of New Delhi. Our tour includes a visit to the Qutab Minar – 72 meters high and one of the most perfect towers in the Persian world. The Iron Pillar which has survived the vagaries of weather for over 1500 years. Then, we will continue our expedition with a drive to the Lutyens Delhi which is considered to be the corridors of power and serenity. Our tour also includes a drive pass through the Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House as well a stop at India Gate.
Next, we will continue our journey with a visit to the Humayun’s Tomb (1586). Our tour also includes a visit to the Isa Khan’s Tomb complex and the Safdarjung Tomb. Then, we will make our way to the Agrasen Ki Baoli, a water reservoir or a step well that is known for its heritage architectural value.
The highlight of this tour would be a ride on cycle rickshaws. This is a remarkable way to explore the hustle and bustle as well as the color of the narrow winding streets bursting with people and pavement shops.

Day 03 : Habarana – Dambulla – Kandy
After a leisurely breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Udaipur. Welcome to Udaipur, the famed “City of sunrise.” Founded in 1567, it is an oasis of romance in the warrior state of Rajasthan.
Meeting and assistance upon arrival as our representative will welcome you and transfer to the Hotel. After rest and relaxation, we proceed on a tour of this “Lake City”. The huge City Palace towering over the Lake Pichola is the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. The Jagadish temple next to the city palace is a very fine example of Indo-Aryan Art.
Evening we enjoy a boat cruise on the serene and beautiful Lake Pichola. The island palace on the Lake called Jagmandir Palace is quite fascinating and provided inspirations for the builder of the Taj Mahal.

Day 04 : Kandy
After breakfast, we drive to Rohet; en route we will visit Ranakpur. The Ranakpur Jain Temple was built in the 15th century and features 1,444 intricately carved columns, all of which are unique.
Following the tour of Ranakpur we continue our drive to Rohet. Upon arrival, check into Rohetgarh, a 16th-century fortified home where you can experience famed Rajput hospitality. Exquisitely carved furniture and original paintings decorate your rooms.
Evening we enjoy jeep safaris to visit the heart of Rajasthan villages. One can witness the ‘opium ceremony’ – a ritual by which guests are welcomed. As evening descends, the darkness is lit up by the flickering flames of fire around which folk dancers perform.

Day 05 : Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
Our morning begins with a deep immersion into the soul of Rajasthan through a tribal village safari. This experience is a window into a lifestyle of profound harmony. You will meet the Bishnois, the “premier ecologists of the world,” who have protected nature and the beautiful Black Buck antelope for over 500 years. You’ll also encounter the Raikas (shepherds) in their vibrant costumes and the local weavers and farmers, gaining a rare privilege of being welcomed into their homes to witness a way of life that remains close to its roots.
Later, we drive toward the “Golden City,” Jaisalmer. Rising from the Thar Desert like a mirage, the city is dominated by the Jaisalmer Fort. Etched in yellow sandstone, the citadel houses an entire living township within its 80-meter-high ramparts. As you wander through its medieval lanes, you will discover the intricately carved Havelis of Nathmalji, Patwon, and Salim Singh, all masterpieces of yellow marble that tell stories of the city’s opulent past.

Day 06 : Nuwara Eliya
This morning is dedicated to exploring the architectural wonders of the Golden City. We visit the Patwon-Ki-Havelies and Salim-Singh-Ki-Haveli, where the stonework is so fine it resembles lace. We’ll also stop at the Gandhi Sagar Tank and the serene Barabagh Hill, where the royal cenotaphs stand in silent tribute to the past.
In the afternoon, the desert calls. We drive to the Sam Sand Dunes to experience the quintessential Great Indian Thar Desert. As the sun begins its descent, you will enjoy a camel ride across the rolling dunes, watching the sky turn to gold over the vast, quiet expanse of the sands.

Day 07 : Nuwara Eliya – Colombo
After breakfast, we journey to Jodhpur, the historic capital of the Marwar kingdom founded in 1459. Known as the “Blue City,” Jodhpur offers a striking sight with its sea of indigo-colored houses clustered beneath the massive fort. The rest of your day is at leisure to settle into this majestic city, perhaps catching your first glimpse of the fortress towering above the horizon.

Day 09 : Colombo – Departure
We spend the day exploring the “Sun City.” We begin at Mehrangarh Fort, one of the most impressive structures in all of Rajasthan. Perched on a high cliff, its sheer walls are a testament to Rajput power. Inside, you’ll find a series of exquisite courtyards and a museum housing a priceless collection of Marwar artifacts.
We also visit Jaswant Thada, a graceful white marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, often called the “Taj Mahal of Marwar.”
In the evening, the pace shifts as we take a horse carriage ride through the Clock Tower Bazaar. It is a vibrant, sensory experience, perfect for witnessing the local life and brilliant colors of the wholesale markets.
